We are NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Ringba, LLC, or any Pay-Per-Call network, tracking platform, or broker. Reference to any third-party names or trademarks is strictly for identification and data interoperability.

1. Introduction

Welcome to LeadsLytic ("the Application"), a mobile tracking and analytics utility operated by The Nexo Apps ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, protect, and use your information when you use our mobile application and related alert notification services.

We take your privacy seriously. LeadsLytic is designed from the ground up to empower digital marketers, publishers, and media buyers with private, secure access to their own data. We strictly do not sell, rent, monetize, or share your personal data, earnings, or API credentials with any third-party advertisers or data brokers.

2. Information We Collect

A. Network API Tokens (User-Provided)

To display your analytics and monitor incoming calls, you enter an API token provided by your tracking network (such as Ringba). The API token is used strictly to authenticate requests against your tracking network's API to retrieve call logs, campaign details, phone numbers, and conversion payouts.

B. Device Information & Push Notification Tokens

When you launch LeadsLytic, the application registers with Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to obtain a unique, anonymous device push token. This allows our notification system to dispatch alerts (such as "Live Call Started", "Call Completed", and "Conversion Approved") directly to your device. We do not collect persistent hardware serial numbers (IMEI, MAC address).

C. Analytical & Performance Data

Through your provided API token, LeadsLytic fetches and caches the following performance metrics on your local device: inbound call records, campaign and target names, and financial metrics (payout amount, earned revenue, conversion status). This data is displayed strictly on your screen for your personal operational monitoring. We do not aggregate your earnings or analyze your campaigns for commercial gain.

D. LeadsLytic.com Form Integration Credentials

If you choose to use the LeadsLytic Forms feature, you may log in using your LeadsLytic.com email and password. Authentication is handled via secure HTTPS tokens communicating directly with leadslytic.com. Form configurations and submitted leads are managed according to LeadsLytic.com web platform policies.

CRYPTOGRAPHIC SECURITY & SERVER STORAGE:

In order to monitor live calls and dispatch notifications while the app is closed, API tokens are stored on our private, hardened cloud notification servers encrypted with Zero-Knowledge AES-256-GCM encryption. All data transmissions between the app, servers, and APIs are protected with modern TLS 1.3 / HTTPS encryption.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information exclusively for the following operational purposes:

Live Dashboard & Metrics: Displaying revenue, call counts, conversion rates, and campaign statistics inside the mobile app.
Real-Time Push Alerts: Alerting you to live ringing calls, finished calls, daily wrap-ups, and payout approvals.
CPL Watchlist Monitoring: Auditing pending cost-per-lead (CPL) calls against buyer network records to alert you when payouts are approved or adjusted.
Forms Management: Providing authenticated access to your online LeadsLytic form builder projects.

4. User Control, Data Retention & Deletion Rights

You maintain complete sovereignty over your data at all times:

Account Removal: You can disconnect any Network API account at any time from within the app. Disconnecting an account immediately removes it from local memory and sends an unregister signal to our servers to delete your API credentials.
Clear Alert History: You can delete individual alert notifications or clear your entire notification history at any time with a single tap in the Notifications screen. This permanently clears history from both your device and our server database.
Notification Preferences: You can turn push notifications ON or OFF at any time in Settings. When turned OFF, our server poller immediately halts push notifications to your device.
Right to Be Forgotten / Full Data Purge: To request complete deletion of any residual server records associated with your device or email, contact us at support@leadslytic.com or usman@leadslytic.com. Requests are fulfilled within 48 hours.

5. Permissions Requested by the App

POST_NOTIFICATIONS (Android 13+): Required to display incoming call alerts, conversion notifications, and daily summaries in the system tray. You may revoke this permission at any time in Android Settings.
INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required to fetch real-time call records from your API and communicate with notification services.

6. Children's Privacy

LeadsLytic is designed for professional media buyers, performance marketers, and business operators. The application is not directed to individuals under the age of 18 (or 13 in relevant jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect application improvements, infrastructure changes, or legal updates. Any revisions will be reflected with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and will be immediately accessible within the application Settings.
